目(mu)前,分(fen)布式(shi)(shi)电(dian)源(yuan)接入量还较(jiao)小,对(dui)电(dian)网的(de)影响还不(bu)明显。然而,随着未来(lai)分(fen)布式(shi)(shi)电(dian)源(yuan)的(de)大量接入,尤其(qi)在局部将(jiang)对(dui)电(dian)网的(de)可(ke)靠稳定运行产生影响,届时为保证电(dian)网的(de)可(ke)靠稳定运行很可(ke)能就要弃光。因此(ci),要(yao)提高可再生能(neng)源的发电效(xiao)率,就要(yao)在电网中加(jia)入(ru)储能(neng)系统。”XtremePower副总裁兼亚太区(qu)总经(jing)理(li)刘(liu)家良在2013第(di)三届(jie)北京(jing)国际(ji)储能大会上指出。
其实(shi),近年(nian)来,我国已经开展了有关分布(bu)式(shi)(shi)能源(yuan)与储能结合的(de)研究,如(ru)国家电(dian)网张(zhang)北风光(guang)储输(shu)示范项目、冀(ji)北围场分布(bu)式(shi)(shi)发电(dian)/储(chu)能(neng)及(ji)微电网项目(mu)、蒙东(dong)陈巴尔虎旗分布式发(fa)电/储(chu)能(neng)(neng)及微电(dian)网等,这(zhei)些项目不仅为储(chu)能(neng)(neng)产(chan)业的发展指(zhi)明了方向,也为风电(dian)、太阳能(neng)(neng)发电(dian)等可再生能(neng)(neng)源接入提(ti)供了有效的解决办法(fa)。
除可(ke)(ke)再生能(neng)源(yuan)接入(ru)、分布式电(dian)源(yuan)外(wai),储能(neng)也(ye)是微网、电(dian)动(dong)汽车等发展必(bi)(bi)不可(ke)(ke)少(shao)的支撑技术,是智能(neng)电(dian)网的必(bi)(bi)要组成部(bu)分,渗透于电(dian)力系(xi)统的发、输、变(bian)、配、用各(ge)环(huan)节,不仅(jin)可(ke)(ke)平抑峰谷差,减少(shao)发电(dian)功(gong)率调整(zheng),还可(ke)(ke)以提高传统发电(dian)效率,降低燃(ran)料成本,降低事故(gu)发生率,提高电(dian)网可(ke)(ke)靠性。
中国科学院院士周孝信此前介(jie)绍:目前我国(guo)正在建设(she)的第三代(dai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)网,以清(qing)洁能(neng)源发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)占较大(da)份额和智能(neng)化为主要特征,发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)形式(shi)将是大(da)型集中式(shi)发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)和分布(bu)式(shi)发(fa)电(dian)(dian)(dian)相结合。因此,电力系统中的储能(neng)(neng)系统也(ye)将(jiang)分为大规模(mo)集中式储能(neng)(neng)系统和大规模(mo)分布(bu)式储能(neng)(neng)系统,也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)说,将(jiang)没有一种储能(neng)(neng)技术可**满足智能(neng)(neng)电网接纳(na)可再生能(neng)(neng)源的需求。
据介绍,储能技(ji)术主要有物理储能( 如(ru)抽(chou)水(shui)蓄(xu)能、压缩(suo)空气储能、飞(fei)轮(lun)储能等) 、化学储能( 如各类蓄电池(chi)(chi)、可再生燃料电池(chi)(chi)、液流电池(chi)(chi)、超级电容(rong)器等) 和(he)电磁储能( 如(ru)超导电磁(ci)储能等(deng)) 等。近年来,随着我(wo)国电网运营面临用电负荷持续增(zeng)加(jia)、间歇式能(neng)源接入占比扩大、调峰手段有限等因素影响,这些(xie)储(chu)能(neng)技(ji)术得(de)到了不同程(cheng)度(du)的(de)发展,但由于这些(xie)储(chu)能(neng)技(ji)术特点不同,其发展趋势、应(ying)用前(qian)景(jing)、商业化程(cheng)度(du)等也各(ge)不相同。
储(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)逆变(bian)(bian)器(qi)是一(yi)类适合(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)网(wang)建设(she),应(ying)用在(zai)储(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)环(huan)节,以双(shuang)向逆变(bian)(bian)为基本特点,具有(you)一(yi)系列(lie)特殊(shu)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)、功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)并网(wang)逆变(bian)(bian)器(qi)。智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)网(wang)中的(de)储(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)环(huan)节能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)有(you)效调控电(dian)(dian)力资源(yuan),能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)很好地平衡(heng)昼夜及(ji)不同季节的(de)用电(dian)(dian)差异,调剂余(yu)缺,保(bao)障(zhang)电(dian)(dian)网(wang)可(ke)靠。是可(ke)再生能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)应(ying)用的(de)重(zhong)要前提和实(shi)现(xian)电(dian)(dian)网(wang)互动化管理(li)的(de)有(you)效手段。没有(you)储(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)电(dian)(dian)网(wang)的(de)实(shi)现(xian)是不可(ke)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)。储(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)逆变(bian)(bian)器(qi)适用于各种需要动态储(chu)(chu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)应(ying)用场合(he),就是在(zai)电(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)富余(yu)时将电(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)存储(chu)(chu),电(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)不足时将存储(chu)(chu)的(de)电(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)逆变(bian)(bian)后向电(dian)(dian)网(wang)输出;在微网中起到应急独立逆变作用。储能高压直流接触器是储能电站应用场合必不可少的控制元件。
